Peanut having fun in Vermont

Peanut started competing in March 2006. For the first several years Peanut was having so much fun, she would fairly regularly get a case of the zoomies. She would just make up her own course, and also have fun visiting all the agility ring crew. But she always had fun.

Because she was always having fun, she gained quite a fan club. At one point I was talking to a person in Canada and mention our agility Keeshond. This person asked the name of the dog and I told them Peanut. They replied: I know Peanut, I love watching her because she always has such a good time.

In September 2016, Peanut retired from competition due to a knee injury she received while she was having fun running with one of our other dogs at home.

Tala with some of her ribbons

In September 2014, Tala started competing in agility. With the help of her track coach Cheyenne (and their chase me game), Tala started getting comments from other people at the agility trials about how fast she is. All we did was smile and make sure Tala got lots of yummy treats.

Tala's favorite parts of the agility trial come at the end of each run. She gets lots of yummy treats, usually in the form of little meatballs, that she quickly gobbles up.
